Take 500 mg of Horse Gram 500 mg of Barley and 100 gms of Black pepper.
Dry roast Horse Gram for 10 minutes until it turns Brown.Shift this to a container.Dry roast barley for 10 minutes and shift to the container.Dry roast black pepper for 8 mins and transfer all the ingredients to a blender.Grind it until its nice and coarse.
